Additional Notes: I did not mention this in the video but it’s important to know that not every body does not respond to black pepper or coconut milk the same. If you test this out and notice it doesn’t support your body, try and see if Tumeric alone in a recipe without black pepper or coconut milk is supportive. Always listen to your body and seek counsel from an expert to do more investigative work on a personal level.

Tumeric Tea or Elixir Recipe Serves: 1
1/8tsp to 1 tsp turmeric ( depending on how tolerant your body is of Tumeric, start low and increase if you see fit)
4 – 8 oz glass of warm unsweetened coconut milk 1 tsp honey (optional)
1. Put coconut milk on the stove or kettle for 3 mins or so, not boiling but warm.
2. Prepare black pepper and Tumeric it into a drinking cup. Then add warm water and honey ( if using) and stir.
3. Drink daily as needed, to support you on your healing journey.
