Lemon Elixir Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 lemon, juiced
4 oz glass of warm water
Pinch of ground cayenne (recommended if you’re not sensitive to cayenne but you can leave it out.)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Put water to warm on the stove or kettle for 3 mins or so, not boiling but warm.
2. Prepare lemon juice and pour it into a drinking cup. Then add warm water, cayenne, and honey ( if using) and stir.
3. Drink daily on an empty stomach in the morning to prime your digestive system for the day and to improve/sustain its ability to break down proteins, fats and absorb b12 and iron with more ease.
